Where We Ship

We ship across the United States and to select international destinations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories at this time.

Processing Time

Orders ship from our California warehouse. Place your order before 12pm PST and it goes out the same day; otherwise it ships the next business day. You’ll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on the way.

Shipping Method & Delivery

US orders ship via USPS Ground Advantage, with estimated delivery of 2–5 business days after shipment. International orders ship via available carriers with timing calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address. US orders over $45 qualify for free shipping.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this to monitor delivery progress directly on the USPS website. You can also sign in to your account to see order status and tracking anytime.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@takeroon.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Roon is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors and your local post office first.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing checkout. We are unable to modify or reroute orders once they have shipped. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
